At RR Velo, we've been building carbon frames for other brands for over 12 years, and we've repaired more carbon frames than many builders have sold.

We've taken that experience and applied it to our own cutting edge, premium quality carbon fiber chassis.

Each RR Velo frame is handmade using the finest quality US-sourced aerospace grade carbon tubing made to our specifications. Tubing strength is in the 640 to 800ksi range, and the epoxo resin system is specifically strengthened and optimized for cycling applications. Tubing is also size-specific.

Tubes are mitered and bonded into place, and then hand-wrapped with carbon at each joint...and here's where our experience in fiber layup makes a big difference in aesthetics, reliability an ride quality.

The frame is then baked and finished to give the frame a smooth, sleek finish, and of course, an amazing ride.
